Cheese is in everything here--the pasta, sandwiches, and even on hot dogs. And in this case it was cooked all by itself in a pan over an open grill. I'm not complaining.

Alfredito lives next door, in the form of very delicious ice cream, particularly dulce de leche flavor. He is our friend.

But nothing so far has topped this backyard asado. The meat was roasted for hours and devoured in the blink of an eye. It was so good. Thanks to our wonderful hosts for inviting us out, and here's to many more meals together!
